本片为追踪731部队真相并采访当代医疗工作者的纪录片。731是指二战期间对中国俘虏及平民进行人体实验的日本研究机构731部队，本片在揭露医疗从业者参与战争犯罪的黑暗历史同时，直指当代医疗现场存在的现实问题。

改编自Nancy Doyne的小说。讲述一对夫妻去做婚姻咨询，咨询师朱迪·斯莫尔虽然看着很可靠，但心怀黑暗和矛盾，她操纵了夫妻俩，导致两人产生矛盾，婚姻濒临破裂。夏希饰演Annabelle，夫妻中的丈夫Bob的会计同事，离异、举止挑逗。
